Adult ServicesJobTrain’s adult services include daytime vocational programs, evening classes, an assessment center, and e-learning modules. We also provide job placement counseling to our trainees and assist students in developing skills for conducting a job search, and help individuals learn the computer skills they need to find and keep a job. Additionally, we have a free clothing store called “Clothes Encounters” where our students can find donated business clothes and professional attire for interviews and work. We have relationships with several other community organizations that can provide resources and assistance where needed. JobTrain is able to refer students for help with housing, food, transportation, healthcare, and more. PeninsulaWorks' One-Stop Center for southern San Mateo County is located on campus, along with a county Human Services Agency office. Additionally, Cañada College and Sequoia Adult School offer classes at our campus. Our programs are provided for little or no cost to students who need them and who are dedicated to finding a new and sustainable career.
